The workshop encourages sharing experiences and expertise, contributing to the improvement of the participant's knowledge of project management techniques and strategies. It also serves as a networking opportunity, allowing professionals from diverse backgrounds to establish valuable contacts and potentially foster partnerships.

Mr. Ramon Noriel Sicad, Result-based Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, and Mr. Abu Al-Rasheed Tanggol, Raoul Wallenberg Institute Consultant will be the resource persons for this workshop.
