October 10 Activities

• The day begins with an Advocacy Walk from Rizal Park to Peace Park, demonstrating a collective commitment to mental health awareness.

• The Opening Program features the launch of Advocacy Booths and energizing dance-based exercises, setting a positive and active tone for the day.

• Participants can enjoy traditional games in Laro ng Lahi and explore a variety of College Advocacy Booths, which highlight different mental health campaigns and resources.

• The Portraits of the Heart and Mind photo gallery exhibit offers a creative and reflective space, showcasing stories and emotions connected to mental health.

• Pet Day is also scheduled, providing an opportunity for relaxation and companionship—further supporting mental wellbeing on campus.
