Project Title: Extended Spectrum Beta-Lactamase Enterobacteriaceae in Irrigation Waters of Bukidnon (Phase 1)

Duration: 11 months

Salary: Php15,208.80/month

Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities:

• BS Biology graduate with thesis specializing on Microbiology
• Currently pursuing graduate studies, preferably completed all academic requirements
• Prior experience with microbiological works in bacterial isolation, characterization, and identification
• Prior experience in antibiotic susceptibility testing
• Prior experience in working field experiments
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other statistical tools
• Able to work in a highly accurate manner, paying close attention to detail amd keeping records of the work
• Knowledgeable on setting-up and operating the laboratory equipment and instruments
• Ability to understand and apply specified field and/or laboratory procedures and protocols
• Assist in the overall activities of the project
• Facilitate procurement of documents, materials, and equipment necessary for the project implementation
• Assist in the sampling, monitoring of activities of the project on different sampling areas
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain laboratory and/or field research equipment, as specified by the requirements of the study
• Coordinate and conduct microbiological laboratory experiments
• Culture and maintain Enterobacteriaceae strains isolated from irrigation water
• Prepare findings for publication and assist in data management
• Write reports and manuscript
• Prepare necessary status reports of the project as prescribed by 91精品黑料吃瓜-IIT OVCRE
• Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
