Project Title: 

Duration: 11 months

Salary: Php15,208.80/month

Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Conduct a review of relevant documents pertaining to the project, including secondary documents and related literature 
• Provide technical and administrative support, including but not limited to assistance in organizing and preparing financial reports and minutes of meetings, and other relevant activities for the project
• Conduct coordination, management, processing, and documentation of data collection and survey activities for the project 
• Encode, organize, and clean data 
• Assist in the encoding of research paper revisions 
• Assist in the preparation of progress/accomplishment reports 
• Prepare communications and financial documents (TO, DV, PR, JOR, etc.)
• Perform statistical analyses of data (i.e., Exploratory Structural Equation Modeling (ESEM); Confirmatory Factor Analysis; Regression) using MPLUS and SPSS software 
• Assist in the presentation of results to the concerned stakeholders
• Analyze and interprets qualitative data 
• Assist the Project Team in the preparation of the process evaluation report, including Policy Notes and Discussion Papers as required
• Assist in writing progress reports
• Perform other tasks related to the project as assigned by the Project Leader
