Project Title: Development of a Literature-based Reading Program for Children’s Social and Emotional Development

Duration: 11 months

Salary: Php15,208.80/month

Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Graduate of bachelor’s degree
• Background knowledge on the research topic
• Has good research, analytical, problem-solving, writing, and time management skills
• Proficient in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
• Experience on qualitative data collection and analysis is a plus
• Conduct literature reviews
• Identify survey respondents
• Distribute and retrieve questionnaires
• Identify interview/focus group discussion participants
• Conduct interviews/focus group discussion
• Collect and analyze data
• Transcribe qualitative data
• Analyze survey results and interview/focus group discussion data
• Maintain accurate records of survey, interview data, etc.
• Manage and respond to project related correspondence
• Attend project meetings
• Prepare progress reports, research articles, and presentations
• Prepare and follow-up requests for materials or supplies necessary for the project
• Monitor the project budget
