Salary: Php 15,208.80/month

QUALIFICATIONS/ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Searches and prints necessary papers needed by the different project leaders in the program
• Records minutes of meetings of the project leaders and researchers
• Encodes outputs of the projects of the program (if necessary)
• Processes and follows up requests for supplies and materials and help in the distribution of these supplies to the different researchers
• Processes travel papers, follows up the flow of travel requests, and prepare liquidations papers
• Assists in the preparation of progress/accomplishment reports
• Prepares communications, financial documents (T.O., PR, etc)
• Performs other tasks related to the projects under the program as assigned by any of the project leaders
