QUALIFICATIONS/ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be a BS Psychology or any field in Behavioral Sciences graduate and pursuing Masters in Psychology or Guidance and Counseling 
• Iligan-based 
• Prior research experience in Psychology and/or Guidance and Counseling 
• Proficient in the use of statistical software 
• Preparing interview questions and summarizing results
• Performing literature reviews for their research team
• Conducting research and summarizing findings on project findings
• Excellent administrative and time management skills
• Knowledge of research methods 
• Ability to work under pressure
