Project Title: Examining Cybersecurity Awareness and Attitude of Government Employees: Implications for Capacity Building in Cyber-resiliency

Salary: Php 15,208.80/month
Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Conducting literature reviews and background research to understand the latest techniques, trends, and strategies related to phishing attacks and mitigation.
- Developing and designing phishing simulation exercises for testing and evaluating the effectiveness of security measures, including email filtering, anti-virus software, and training programs.
- Creating simulated phishing emails and social engineering attacks, in coordination with project lead, that mimic real-world scenarios to assess the response of users and identify vulnerabilities in the system.
- Managing data and collecting relevant metrics to evaluate the performance of the system and identify any patterns, trends or anomalies.
- Collaborating with other team members to develop innovative strategies and tools for detecting and preventing phishing attacks.
- Support in analyzing the results of simulated phishing attacks to identify weaknesses in the system and improve overall security.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in phishing attack simulations and mitigation.
- Assist in the development and delivery of possible training programs to educate users on the latest phishing techniques and how to identify and avoid them.
- Communicating with stakeholders, including IT teams, management, and end-users, to ensure they are aware of potential threats and have the knowledge and tools necessary to prevent attacks.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, papers, and other documentation to share research findings and recommendations with relevant stakeholders.
- Managing project timelines and ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to phishing simulations, and collaborating with IT teams to identify and address system-level vulnerabilities.
