Project Title: Advancing Asymmetric Warfare Strategies through Marine Unmanned Surface Vehicle Technology Development
Project Leader: Prof. Sherwin Guirnaldo, Ph.D.
Duration: 8 months (October 2025 - May 2026)
Salary: Php 16,873/month for 3 months and Php 17,561/month for 5 months
Tentative schedule of interview: September 30, 2025
Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities:
- At least High School Graduate or Vocational Course graduate (Technical background is an advantage)
- Prior experience in manual labor, construction, boatbuilding, fiberglass/resin work, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools (e.g., sanders, cutters, drills)
- Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work with chemicals (resins, polymers) and follow proper handling procedures
- Strong attention to detail, patience, and quality workmanship
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team setting
- Willing to work on flexible schedules depending on project needs
