QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum education: College graduate preferably in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Entrepreneurial Science, and Economics with in-depth background in Marketing and Sales Industry

Minimum experience: At least one (1) year experience in related work, or with more than three (3) years of solid experience as Marketing Specialist or Member Relations Officer preferably in a cooperative setting or related financial institution.

Above average People-soft skills with relevant exposures on Research, Product Development and Promotions
Must be keen to details and with above-average writing skills to prepare regular reports and market drumbeating activities.

ASSIGNMENT: Head Office (Marketing Department)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Formulates promotional programs and activities;

Creates Market Awareness activities of the new product/service developed;
Creates Market drumbeating activities and promotion of the cooperative’s weak products/services;
Conceptualizes monthly, seasonal and annual promotion of products and services;
Conceptualizes promotional materials to be developed by the R&D;
Ensures inventory of marketing and promotional materials;
Heads the centralized production and roll-out of marketing and promotional materials in the branches;
Formulates cooperative’s image booster;
Establishes linkages and public relations;
Establishes a cooperative brand, ensuring standardization and sustainability of visual identity across branches;
Formulates annual promotional plans;
Leads the general promotional activities of the coop; and
Submits required reports to the Marketing Manager regularly.
