                     QUALIFICATIONS 
Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science in Management or Behavioral Science, preferably Law graduate and master’s degree is a MUST 
Minimum experience:   At least five (5) years experience in the field of human resource 
   At least three (3) years experience in supervisory position 
Required knowledge and skills: 
- Knowledgeable in cooperative operations
 
- Excellent in written and oral English
 
- Highly-skilled in Microsoft Office application
 
- Strong analytical and evaluation ability
 
- Effective planning and organizational skills
 
 
ASSIGNMENT: Head Office (HRM Department) 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
- Reviews issues and concerns on human resource development.
 
- Recommends to the Chief Executive Officer, plans and programs relative to human resource development.
 
- Develops and evaluates human resource strategies, policies and procedures.
 
- Formulates organizational development strategies in consultation with the key staff.
 
- Prepares annual budget for the department.
 
- Oversees smooth implementation of the organizational performance management system.
 
- Formulates and implements employee discipline policy.
 
- Oversees effective implementation of training and development programs.
 
- Recommends new human resource policies.
 
- Checks employment contracts of newly hired employees for correctness of entries
 
- Represents the coop in various functions such as conferences, seminars, jobs fair, social settings and industry meetings.
 
- Undertakes linkages with other coops and professional organizations to keep abreast with the dynamics of human resource management.
 
- Coordinates with government agencies (i.e., PESO/DOLE) for updates on employee-related circulars, memos and policies.
