Project Title: Online Sexual Exploitation of Children (OSEC) Survivor and At Risk Groups: Designing Enhanced Gender and Social Equity Development Intervention Program

Duration: 11 months

Salary: Php15,208.80/month

Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or any related field, such as courses in the Social Sciences and Education
• Academic and/or work experience related to the field of research
• Experience working /dealing with children
• Computer literate
• Experience with database management, spreadsheets and data sets.
• Preferred: Attended trainings on mental health and psychosocial support services.
• Preferred: Good technical writing skills and able to express complex data in a simple, actionable way.
• Preferred: Good computing and mathematical analysis skills.
• Preferred: Can work independently, resourceful and meets deadlines.
• Prepare survey questionnaires for data collection. 
• Communicate with target participants to determine informed consent prior to data collection. 
• Research pertinent literature and studies and synthesize this in a formal written Literature Review. 
• Collect firsthand data, encode collected data and maintain project database. 
•  Conduct one on one interviews with target participants. 
•  Maintain accurate records of interviews, safeguarding the confidentiality of participants. 
• Transcribe and summarize individual interviews. 
• Write results and discussion of the study’s findings in collaboration with research team.
• Create research summaries in multiple formats, including spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, graphs and standard, written summaries for presentation and submission. 
• Handle necessary administrative paperwork and other documentation (Request supplies, etc. necessary for the project, manage and respond to project related emails)
• Attend project meetings
• Summarize the findings of the study and write a policy brief for submission to LGU and other concerned agencies. 
• Prepare progress reports for submission to Department of Research
• Monitor the research project budget allocations and expenditures. 
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by individual researchers.
