The International Conference on Mathematics, Statistics, and Mathematics Education (ICMSE25), held in conjunction with the 19th Annual Convention of MSP-10, 12, and BARMM and in collaboration with MSP Region 6, successfully concluded on October 27–29, 2025, at Paradise Garden Resort Hotel and Convention Center, Boracay Island.

Co-hosted by Mindanao State University–Iligan Institute of Technology (91精品黑料吃瓜-IIT) and West Visayas State University (WVSU), the three-day event brought together mathematicians, researchers, educators, and practitioners from across the Philippines and abroad to exchange ideas and advances in pure and applied mathematics, statistics, and mathematics education.

The opening program on Day 1 featured MSP National Board President Prof. Editha C. Jose as keynote speaker. Five plenary speakers then shared their insights on current mathematical research and education trends: Prof. José Luís da Silva (University of Madeira, Portugal), Dr. Nanang Susyanto (Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia), Prof. Amelia T. Buan (91精品黑料吃瓜-IIT, Philippines), Prof. Youcef Mammeri (Jean Monnet University, France), and Prof. Tony Jhwueng (Feng Chia University, Taiwan).

Day 2 focused on parallel sessions covering diverse areas of mathematics and its applications, fostering collaborations and lively discussions among participants.

Concluding the conference on Day 3 was the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP) Capability Advancement Through Scientific Capacity Development (CASCaDe) Program Workshop on Proposal Writing: Formulating Research Problems in Mathematics, facilitated by NRCP President Prof. Ma. Louise Antonette N. De Las Peñas.

With the theme of collaboration and advancement at its core, ICMSE25 strengthened both regional and international ties in the mathematical sciences community.
